For over two decades, Chef Richard Baldwin has been on a journey to bring the purest flavors of the Mediterranean to life. His philosophy is simple: the best food begins with the best soil.

Richard spent ten transformative years in Japan — first as a farmer in the rolling hills of rural Kyoto, then as a chef in some of the city's most revered kitchens. Those years taught him the Japanese art of respecting ingredients, the discipline of seasonal cooking, and the beauty of simplicity.

Today, Baldwin Serves Food brings together the warmth of Mediterranean cuisine with the precision and reverence of Japanese culinary tradition. Every dish is crafted from ingredients grown on our own farms or sourced from trusted local growers — no shortcuts, no compromises.
